BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking Policy
When booking a service please be aware that a deposit is due upfront to secure your appointment date and time. Deposit amount varies upon service and is displayed in the service details prior to booking. Each deposit payment goes towards the total cost of service and the remaining balance is due at the start of service, no exceptions. All amounts owed are collected through encrypted and secured payment processing for the security of the business, customers, and staff. Payments accepted include Venmo, Zelle, Cash, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Bitcoin. Deposits are transferable once. If for any reason a client must reschedule an appointment it must be done so 48 hours before scheduled appointment to avoid a $15 inconvenience fee. All appointments are given a 15 minute grace period, after that you will be charged an additional $15 late fee. After 25 minutes and no communication the appointment is considered a "No Call, No Show" and is automatically canceled and charged 55% of the total cost of service. Failure to reschedule at the appropriate time frame will result in a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. Some services may be performed in the comfort of your home upon request for an additional charge. We do travel state-to-state.
Service Terms
Aside from knowledge being are number one focus to provide quality skin health, safety is an immediate priority. When booking some services and add-ons please be aware that a medical clearance may be requested prior to starting service. Some services require consistent sessions for client's desired look. Please note that results vary depending upon the number of sessions needed per client and the number of sessions needed per client is different based on various differences: biological, genetic, and physical health. Consent and acknowledgement forms are mandatory prior to the start of service when receiving electrotherapy, microdermabrasian, high frequency, waxing, teeth whitening, any body contouring services, chemical peels, ultrasound cavitation, laser lipo, micro-needling and injectables. Below you will find additional information on contraindications per service prior to booking.
1. Electrotherapy Add-ons: this cannot be performed on people with epilepsy, pacemakers and metal implants, active cancer, high skin irritation, heart conditions, recent Botox or fillers (minimum of two weeks), dental fillings, thrombosis, broken capillaries, spiders veins, rosacea, anyone prone to seizures, cold sores, skin infections, scarring, open wounds, and anyone suffering from immune system/auto immune system diseases.
2. Microdermabrasion Add-ons: this cannot be performed on people with epilepsy, pacemakers and metal implants, active cancer, high skin irritation, heart conditions, recent Botox or fillers (minimum of two weeks), dental fillings, thrombosis, broken capillaries, spiders veins, rosacea, anyone prone to seizures, cold sores, skin infections, scarring, open wounds, and anyone suffering from immune system/auto immune system diseases.
3. Chemical Peels: this cannot be performed on people with active infection, open wounds, recent sun burn, recent peel done (less then 4 weeks ago), allergies to peel ingredients, anyone currently taking or using topical medications: isotretinoin (Accutane), Retin-A, etc. Anyone with active cancer, high skin irritation, broken capillaries, rosacea, anyone prone to skin infections, scarring, open wounds, and anyone suffering from immune system/auto immune system diseases.
POST CARE: Follow these guidelines to avoid any skin irritations or ineffective peels: excessive sun exposure (wear sunscreen daily), avoid extremely hot temperatures (sauna, steam rooms, hot tubs, etc.), no swimming for 24 hours, no excessive sweating, do not wear makeup for 24-48 hours, no eyelash extensions for 24-48 hours, no exfoliation for 30 days, use gentle creamy cleansers only, no tanning for 30 days, and keep skin moisturized.
4. Scalp Treatments, Reflexology Foot & Hand Massage, Back Facial: this cannot be performed on people with active infection, open wounds, recent sun burn on the scalp, boils, warts, bed/back sores, burns, rashes, and Varicose veins. Anyone prone to skin infections, scarring, and open wounds easily.
POST CARE: Switch your diet and/or include foods great for scalp follicle health to keep your scalp healthy and hair even healthier. Prevent future scalp and hair damage. These foods include: Salmon, tuna, mackerel, other fatty fish, flaxseed and flaxseed oil, chia seeds, canola oil, walnuts, soy beans, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, eggs, Greek yogurt, berries, avocado oil, fish oil vitamins, spinach and more.
5. Teeth Whitening: this cannot be performed on anyone who has had x-rays in the last 35 days, anyone with facial implants, dental implants, a chemical peel in the last 15 days, anyone with oral illness and diseases, frail teeth, rotting teeth, anyone with braces, and anyone under the age of 16.
POST CARE: Avoid the following activities for 7-10 days for best long lasting results. No smoking/vaping, drinking or eating anything with dark food coloring such as red wine, brown alcohol, soda, tea, coffee, red meat, candies, and colored tooth paste. Avoid extremely hot or cold drinks and foods like soups, gumbos, ice, ice cream, smoothies, slushies, etc. Enhance your results with white/clear tooth paste, mouth wash, white wine and alcohol, brushing with baking soda and pure black charcoal, and brushing twice a day (morning and night).
6. Non-surgical Body Contouring, CoolSculpting Body Wrap: this cannot be performed on anyone who has had x-rays in the last 35 days, anyone with metal implants, a recent chemical body peel in the last 15 days, anyone with skin illness and diseases, anyone currently taking or using topical medications: isotretinoin (Accutane), Retin-A, etc. Anyone with active cancer, high skin irritation, broken capillaries, rosacea, anyone prone to skin infections, scarring, open wounds, and anyone suffering from immune system/auto immune system diseases. recent sun burn, and anyone under the age of 16.
POST CARE: Consistency is key! Avoid going "bra-less." Wear sports bras and push up-bras to keep the muscle tissue strong and avoid sagging, avoid bending over excessively, sleeping on your side of stomach, massage the breast at night before bed, use our "Boobie Butter" for herbal plump and lift in breast tissue and enriched with natural skin defying ingredients for an overall appealing breast appearance. Enhance your results with daily yoga stretches for breast muscle, switch your diet and/or include foods great for breast tissue health to keep your breast tissues from weakening overtime and more faster than normal; these foods include: berries, whole grain, beans, oily fish/fish oil vitamins, citrus fruit, and kale.
CoolSculpting: Wear compression garment, stay hydrated, avoid sugars, and excessive alcohol, and stay active.
Hip Enhancement: Rest for 48 hours. Avoid excessive physical activity for 45 days. No heavy lifting, excess stretching, and sleeping on side. Workouts and yoga for glutes enhance results
Buttock Lift: Rest for 48 hours. Workout regularly and yoga for glutes.
Class Terms
When booking a class course, please be aware that food and beverages will be served during the session. Any allergies must be communicated via email after booking. Students are given a 15-minute grace period; after that, an additional $15 late fee will apply. After 25 minutes, the class will be canceled, and the card on file will be charged 55% of the total class cost. Class deposits are transferable if rescheduled 48 hours before the scheduled class time; otherwise, they are nontransferable. Classes may be booked with machines included for an additional charge via email. Brand customization can be requested for some items given during classes upon request via email (see class details and information). All successful completion of courses receive a start-up kit and certificate of completion. Knowledge and skill exams are administered at the end of classes to ensure full knowledge and skill understanding. Exams must be passed with a 90% or higher score each to earn the kit and certificate. Each person is given three chances per exam. If for any reason the course is not completed due to failed exams, one redemption day is given to return and retake any failed exams.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. If you are a "no call, no show," you will be charged 55% of the total cost of the service. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the appointment. Deposits are transferable once. Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will avoid a $25 cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued once the purchased item is returned unused and undamaged.
Booking Conditions
By booking an appointment on our website you agree and consent to acknowledging and fully understanding our booking terms, conditions, privacy policy, contraindications for service(s) booked, and abide by these terms and conditions. If for any reason an appointment is canceled and/or rescheduled due to a client's lack of due diligence towards the booking policy and terms, all deposits are considered void and non-refundable or transferable.
Privacy Policy
We take our customers' privacy serious and do not share any information collected on this site including payment information with any third party sites with the exception of PayPal to collect secured and encrypted payment information. No information collected is saved and/or stored on this site or any other third party site affiliated with "With Love Esthetics Care."
Terms of Use
Members and customers are expected to respect all users of this website including staff. No profanity or offensive language. With Love Esthetics Care holds the right to terminate and/or suspend any member accounts, orders, partnerships and so forth without explanation if we discover any of these terms have been ignored.
