Reflexology is a system of massage that relieves tension and treats illness using pressure points within the muscles of the feet and hand. These muscles connect to additional muscles of the body that set off bodily sensors to heal other parts of your body and even your mental health. This is great for everyone especially people who stand or walk for long hours, women who wear heels consistently, warehouse and factory workers, pregnant women, and many more.
